Delivery Times

Delivery times for Kohakudo, ½tonatona and Shimada Neko for residents of Japan is typically within 7 days. The rest of the World, up to 30-days, depending on destination.

Delivery times for Kattegatt for residents of Scandinavia is typically within 7 days. The rest of the World up to 30-days, depending on destination.

Note that we cannot take responsibility for disasters, aggressive action etc. that affects goods in transit.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations can typically be performed before your order has been marked as processed from within My account.

Refunds for products can be issued if the product differs vastly from item description or is broken in someway. Otherwise, returns are not accepted.

Refunds are not issued for subscription or donations. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Track Shipment

Tracking of shipments is typically only available for insured shipping, if that is option is available for the item you bought.

Insured shipping is usually more expensive than standard shipping. However, it is not necessarily faster delivery times.

In the event of lost or destroyed shipment the insurance will cover the value of the goods.

Recurring Subscriptions

We offer memberships as subscriptions. That means there is a recurring payment at regular intervals with the payment method you registered during checkout.

You can pause, cancel and/or renew membership subscriptions from My account. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Credit Cards

This site accepts the most common credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. The card transactions are handled by an external provider (Stripe) which uses high-end encryption to securely store your payment information. We never have access to nor store any card information on this site.

Remember, you may need to open up your card for Internet and/or international purchases to use with this site. Ask your card provider for details.

Other Payment Methods

Other forms of payment includes PayPal, which needs an account with them or bank transfer (only Japanese nationals).

Note that recurring subscriptions can not automatically withdraw using these payment methods. You can still buy a subscription but have to renew manually via My account.
