Shipping Costs
We ship the official T-shirt and cup with Japan Post. Donations are not shipped, so they have no shipping cost.
Everything in one order goes in one parcel, and the shipping cost is calculated from the total weight of that parcel. The cart and checkout show the exact amount as soon as you enter your address, and that is the amount you pay. There is nothing to correct or refund after you order.
Standard or Insured
- Within Japan. Standard is non-standard-size mail (定形外郵便, no tracking). Insured adds simplified registered mail (簡易書留), which is tracked and compensated if the parcel is lost or damaged.
- Outside Japan. Standard is International Air Packet (国際エアパケット), which is tracked. Insured is whichever is cheaper of EMS and international air parcel, both tracked and compensated if the parcel is lost or damaged.
