This is a wooden Tomtenisse doll. The face looks really cute.
It can be displayed on a windowsill or bookshelf as if the doll is sitting on it.
This doll has been displayed in a Swedish home for many years, and it shows some deterioration over time.
The country of origin, age, or designer are unknown, however most probably Scandinavian. The clothes are made of wool.
